This program is great for beginners starting their journey, or anyone looking for a home program to eliminate excuses of missing workouts. There is no equipment needed and very minimal space required. Each week movements will progress from the week before, increasing in difficulty. I’ve provided you with 5 different rep schemes that I enjoy using even when I’m weightlifting to add variety to my workouts.
